Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration.

As the first point of contact for our company, the Remote Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all claimants and visitors. Legal experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities: ? Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner over the phone. ? Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual. ? Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. ? Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc. ? Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements: ? Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. ? Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. ? Proficiency in Google Workspace. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. ? Reliable internet connection for remote work. ? High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment. ? Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.

Schedule:
? 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
