Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Recruiter to become a key member of our Sales & Recruiting team. In this position, you will be instrumental in linking talented candidates with promising job opportunities tailored to meet our clients? requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates to ensure a positive experience for both parties.

Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates utilizing various platforms and tools.
? Source qualified talent through job boards, referrals, networking, and other means.
? Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to prepare candidates for video interviews with clients.
? Align candidates' qualifications and strengths with client needs using efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methodologies.
? Negotiate compensation packages and secure commitments from candidates for current and prospective roles.
? Work closely with Account Managers to gain a thorough understanding of job specifications and client expectations.
? Promote open communication, valuing diverse viewpoints to foster a collaborative and productive workplace.
? Cultivate and maintain relationships within the industry to improve customer service, gather insights, and obtain referrals.
? Attend industry events, conduct candidate interviews, and participate in team-building initiatives.
? Execute additional responsibilities as required to support the team and our clients.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
? Minimum GPA of 3.0.
? Prior experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or beverage industries is advantageous.
? Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is highly regarded.
? Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic, or extracurricular settings.
? A fervent desire to advance a career in sales and recruiting.
