As an engineer, you will be responsible for configuring operating systems and assisting end-users in troubleshooting issues with remote systems. It has raised a funding of over $30 mn so far. This is an exciting opportunity as the selected candidate will join a team of experts in developing unique, innovative solutions. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires some time overlap with PST.

Job Responsibilities: ? Configure operating systems and assist end-users in troubleshooting issues with remote systems ? Research, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner ? Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues... to the concerned parties ? Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports ? Provide regular updates and feedback to the end-users

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) ? 1-2+ years of relevant experience as a technical support engineer ? Good understanding of Python programming language ? Basic programming skills would be required ? Strong communication skills with an eagerness to learn ? Experience in dealing with end-users to resolve issues
