We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team in a... temporary part-time capacity. As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and play a critical role in managing business requests through our centralized intake process.

This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week.

What You Will Do:
? Support 'Run the Business' initiatives for the RevOps organization
? Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA
? Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs
? UAT and/or BAT testing
? Sprint planning
? Support of asset creation and enablement material

What You Bring:
? 3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles
? Salesforce administration experience is a plus
? Hands-on experience with JIRA and SCRUM certification preferred, but not required
? Ability to apply professional expertise and company policies to resolve various business issues.
? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed.
? Experience working on diverse problems where creative solutions are necessary.
? Effective communicator, able to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.

This is a temporary, part-time position, perfect for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while gaining valuable experience in process automation and business operations.

Compensation for this role is $46.50 per hour.
