What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify performance improvement opportunities and suggest methods for enhancing operations
• Develop user requirements for Operational Analytics reporting tools, including their design, documentation, and implementation
• Support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and optimized reporting
• Provide subject matter expertise in meetings and presentations to executive leadership
• Maintain project plans and ensure timely completion of all assigned projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or a business-related field
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a physician billing or hospital environment
• Expert proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Excel, including report development
• Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting project timelines
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and make proactive recommendations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• MBA is highly preferred
• Experience with AthenaIDX and data science tools such as STATA, Python, or R
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Epic Clarity Certification in Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle modules
• Experience in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
