Senior Healthcare Account Manager - Remote | WFH
We're seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key strategic clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction while driving business growth. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with strategic client accounts.
Provide strategic guidance and solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue within existing accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with experts to enhance client retention and business growth.
Conduct regular reviews of accounts, assess performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Forecast and track key account metrics, report on revenue trends, and evaluate client performance.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
Provide ongoing training, networking opportunities, and professional development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of account management experience.
Experience In The Healthcare Sector Is Preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze various reports and provide strategic solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability in learning and understanding new technologies.
High energy, strong initiative, and self-directed with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Capacity to handle stressful situations effectively.
Knowledge of HIPAA standards and experience in managing PHI and e-PHI.
Strong analytical skills applicable in a medical billing environment.
