Senior Middle Office Analyst

Description:
? Support implementation of investment onboarding procedures, with a focus on Private Credit investments
? Review Security Master daily (SMF) data for new investments and guide the flow of data into the Accounting Database
? Prioritize and direct daily production tasks and ad-hoc requests
? Proactively seek and drive opportunities to achieve straight-through processing and improve efficiency of investment onboarding and reconciliation processes
? Liaise with primary custodian as the point of contact for F&G on all operational responsibilities
? Conduct and support the quarterly valuation process for private placement and mortgage loans
? Responsible for reconciliation and reporting oversight for the Investment portfolios
? Develop monthly metrics to identify trends in production and mitigate potential risk
? Analyze and execute complex and non-routine deliverables

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business ? 3-5 years? relevant... experience; Asset Management and/or Insurance experience required ? Advanced understanding of Fixed Income securities and the process through which they are entered into a Trade Management and/or Accounting system ? Advanced skills within Microsoft office applications ? Proficient use of Bloomberg terminal, specifically for pricing and Middle Office functions ? Excellent analytical skills required ? Business Intelligence experience preferred ? Experience with Clearwater Analytics preferred
