Job Description: We are interviewing paraprofessionals in South Burlington, VT! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience. Details: ? Full Time Opportunities ? Onsite Only ? ASAP - June 2025 ? Several Openings ? Caseload: 1:1 Aide with Special Education elementary students ? Hourly Pay: $20-24+ (depending on level of experience) ? Responsibilities: ? Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support ? Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed ? Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment ? Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum ? Assist students with toileting/diapering if needed ? Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources ? Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a paraprofessional certification preferred ? Experience working with special education students preferred ? Must be comfortable with commute and have reliable transportation ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff ?
