Support Specialist (Remote)

- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and solutions to customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Educate customers on website tools and resources to enhance their experience
- Document all customer interactions and support issues in the ticketing system
- Demonstrate empathy and responsible judgment to ensure optimal customer outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience, ideally in the telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries
- Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting B2C customers within a high-contact support center
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cellphones, apps, and Bluetooth technology
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of some college and relevant experience
- Proven ability in conflict resolution and relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
- Desire to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment
