About the position

The Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist at One Mind & Body serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving, while also providing personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
? Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally

? Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support

? Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience

? Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies

? Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience

? Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements
? 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong problem-solving abilities

? Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
