Responsibilities
? Monitor and respond to live chat messages during TikTok Live events.
? Address user questions, resolve basic technical issues, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
? Foster a positive and engaging experience for live audiences by providing timely and professional responses.
? Collaborate with the content team to ensure a seamless live event experience.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok platform updates and features.

Qualifications
? Strong written communication skills in English.
? Experience with TikTok as a platform, including familiarity with its Live features.
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
? Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
