Towing Dispatcher/ Not remote

We are in search of a someone motivated and willing to grow with a rapidly growing company. This position consists of dispatching towing and roadside assistance service calls. As the #1 towing company voted by the community we have a full operations dispatch center working closely with 8 law enforcement agencies to ensure the best possible service to the community. Experience isn't required we will train the right, motivated individual!!

Training
? Training will be conducted during 1st shift.
? Training depends on the individual regarding how many weeks it will take to operate on his or her own.
? The dispatcher will be required to provide dispatch services and needs to all companies we currently own and operate.
? The dispatch center is located at 1811 W 7th Street Hopkinsville KY.

A few things we require:
? . Clean criminal history
? . Clean Drug and alcohol screening
? . Computer Experience
? . Ability to interact with customers over the phone
? . Problem solving skills needed
? . Ability to operate in high stress situations
? . Individual must handle criticism well
? . Changes are fluent at all times, must be able to accept change
? . Multitasking
? . Dependable, be on duty when expected.

Pay
? Pay depends on experience, no experience pay will start at $26,000 per year.
? Paid week of vacation after 1 year employment.
