Responsibilities
? Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand the FedEx Logistics Value Stream.

? Articulate the connection between business needs and Value Stream capabilities.

? Conduct current state assessments and recommend transition plans for Value Streams.

? Collaborate with Portfolio Business Architects to break down portfolio epics into actionable capability groupings.

? Lead efforts to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps.
,
? Support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process by breaking down portfolio epics into smaller backlog bundles.
,
? Synchronize value stream execution with the strategic roadmap.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline.

? Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and deconstructing complex concepts.
,
? Five years of preferred experience in strategic and technical roles in large organizational projects.
,
? In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise.
,
? Certification in Business Architecture preferred.

? Freight forwarding experience required.
