Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Administrative Assistant. The Virtual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely.

Responsibilities: ? Manage and organize electronic files and documents ? Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence ? Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars ? Assist with data entry and record-keeping ? Conduct research on various topics and provide reports as needed ? Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong organizational and time-management skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ? Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision ? Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not... required
