Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-MM)

Key Responsibilities...
? Create and manage consistent newsletter
? Manage blogpost
? Edit, insert links and pictures, and upload blog post
? Repurpose blog across social media
? Set up and manage Pinterest (create pins from old posts)
? Manage business account on LinkedIn
? Manage and post on LTK
? Create a list of similar clients for speaking engagements based off client's list from 2023
? Set up Trello board / one point of truth for tracking projects, overdue invoices, content calendar, etc.
? Pitch client to be on other people's podcasts
? Manage website inquiries via email
? Assist with various organizational tasks
? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
? Platforms:

? Canva
? LTK
? Instagram
? Meta
? Pinterest
? LinkedIn
Requirements
? Experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing: Must have solid experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies
? Interest / knowledge of etiquette and / or manners (a plus)
? Experience with Mailchimp and Pinterest (a must)
? Ability to be creative and brainstorm ideas.
? Organizational Skills: Intuitively organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
? Attention to Detail: Must have a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
? Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content for various digital platforms
? Self-Starter Attitude: Must be a proactive individual who can work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment
? Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
? Must be on Eastern or Central Time Zone
