What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
? Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
? Quickly assess user issues and offer first-level support for problem resolution
? Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
? Suggest recommendations to management for operational challenges
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Pharmacy Technician experience required
? HIPAA certification
? Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
? Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
? Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
