We are seeking dedicated Inbound Chat Operators to join our team as Web Chat Agents. In this role, you will facilitate engaging online conversations with customers exploring automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, financing options, and general dealership inquiries. Responsibilities
? Engage with customers through online chat, addressing a wide variety of inquiries
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services
? Schedule appointments by narrowing down customer needs
? Continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services
? Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and review
? Summarize chat interactions based on customer needs for client feedback
Qualifications
? Retail customer service experience or previous exposure to the automotive industry is preferred but not required
? Ability to effectively multitask and manage time efficiently
? Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, or a call center is preferred (2 years)
? Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
? Must successfully pass a background check
Education Requirements
? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required

Experience Requirements
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
