We are searching for professional, reliable, adaptable, enthusiastic, clear and well spoken call center agents...

Our call center agents work closely in a team environment to provide outstanding service by qualifying customers, answering questions, and transferring them to a licensed insurance agent!

Call Center Representative Requirements:

2 years of call center experience

Exceptional customers service

Active listening and verbal skills

Professional phone voice

Proficiency with computers

Ability to diffuse tense situations

Strong time management and decision making skills

Adaptability and accountability

Fluency in English

High speed internet connection via ETHERNET (no wifi)

A desktop PC or laptop with at least a quad core, i5 processor, and 8GB of ram

USB headset with mic

We are currently only hiring in the following states: FL, IA, OH, SC, NC, PA, AL, KY, CA, LA, CT, TX, TN, CO, MI, MD.

We offer $18 per hour base pay PLUS COMMISSION! We have a very competitive commission scale. We also offer paid training, work-life balance, bonus opportunities, and everything is done from the comfort of your own home! If you think you have what it takes
