Job Description

Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Care Executive to join our team in Washington State. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, the ability to think on their feet, and a knack for solving problems.

Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor

– Previous experience in customer service or client care roles preferred

Responsibilities

– Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

– Maintain accurate client records and documentation using our CRM system

– Provide clients with detailed product/service information and guidance

– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary

– Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist clients

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent required

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Experience

– Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service or client care role, preferably within a similar industry
